JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Mengisi libur Lebaran, sudah dipastikan tempat wisata akan dibanjiri oleh wisatawan, salah satu tempat yang menjadi favorit warga Jakarta ialah Taman Margasatwa Ragunan.

"Salah satu pilihan masyarakat datang ke Ragunan ini karena biaya masuknya yang murah dan sangat menjangkau untuk masyarakat luas," ungkap Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, Mari Elka Pangestu dalam kunjungannya ke Taman Margasatwa Ragunan, Rabu (15/8/2012).

Kunjungan Menparekraf terkait persiapan obyek wisata tersebut menyambut libur Lebaran.

Pada kesempatan itu, Mari mengimbau bahwa obyek wisata yang ada haruslah berorientasi pada wisata keluarga, yang membuat masyarakat nyaman berada di dalamnya.

"Dari kecil pasti kita semua pernah diajak ke Ragunan, termasuk saya, karena tempatnya yang nyaman, berupa taman-taman dan bisa ngeliat hewan-hewan," lanjutnya.

Kerena itu, untuk menciptakan ruang nyaman bagi masyarakat, tambah Mari, pengelola obyek wisata haruslah mengingat Sapta Pesona yang meliputi kebersihan, keamanan, tertib, sejuk, indah, ramah, dan yang terpenting penuh kenangan.

Dengan hal-hal tersebut, akan menciptakan pengunjung tinggal lebih lama di tempat wisata. "Dengan tinggal lebih lama, sehingga mereka mengeluarkan biaya untuk makan, minum, beli souvenir, salah satu keuntungan juga buat obyek wisata," katanya.

Namun yang tak kalah penting bagi obyek wisata ialah tersedianya rambu-rambu sebagai penunjuk lokasi untuk memudahkan wisatawan yang berada di tempat wisata.

"Rambu yang berisi informasi, tata tertib, keamanan, pelayanan itu harus tersedia pada obyek wisata." ungkap Firmansyah Rahim, Dirjen Pengembangan Destinasi Pariwisata Kemenparekraf.

Selain itu, menurut Rachmat Sutiono, Pembina Asosiasi Keluarga Indonesia, hal terpenting dalam menghadapi tingginya kunjungan wisatawan ialah terkait masalah keamanan.

"Keamanan lahan parkir maupun keamanan pengunjung di dalam tempat wisata menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan," katanya.

Baubau Sangat Kaya Obyek Wisata

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Kesultanan Yogyakarta, Cirebon, dan Solo mungkin sudah tak asing didengar. Ketiganya merupakan kesultanan termahsyur di Pulau Jawa. Namun, kesultanan di Indonesia tidak hanya ada di Pulau Jawa tetapi juga di pulau seberang, salah satunya Sulawesi tepatnya di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Di Sulawesi Tenggara yaitu di Pulau Buton, masih berdiri kesultanan yaitu Kesultanan Buton Baubau.

Ukus Kuswara, Plt.Dirjen Ekonomi Kreatif Berbasis Seni dan Budaya Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, dalam jumpa pers Festival Keraton Nusantara, di Newseum Cafe, Sabtu (11/8/2012) lalu, mengatakan bahwa Kesultanan Baubau memiliki historis yang sangat tinggi yang melahirkan identitas budaya setempat.

"Kearifan lokal, seni budaya dan keraton kerajaan itu menciptakan disiplin yang luar biasa, menciptakan kesenian sendiri untuk melahirkan identitas," katanya.

Budaya kesultanan di Baubau sangat menonjol, dengan pemerintahan kesultanan bukan berdasarkan keturunan, sehingga Baubau tidak punya istana megah sebagai lambang kekuasaan sultan.

"Terkait dengan budaya raja-raja disana, berbeda dengan di tempat lain. Di tempat lain raja turun-temurun sehingga ada istana, di Baubau tidak ada istana raja, karena setiap sultan membangun istananya sendiri." tutur Amirul Tamim, Wali Kota Baubau.

Untuk menjadi sultan di Baubau, lanjut Amirul, adalah dengan dipilih oleh suatu majelis yang dinamakan silabona. Setiap bakal sultan telah dicermati oleh majelis ini sejak dalam kandungan, bagaimana perilaku dan perangainya.

Hukum yang berlaku di Baubau ialah mutlak, tidak memandang darimana ia berasal. Jika seseorang melakukan kesalahan, maka ia akan diberikan hukuman sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.

"Bila Sultan bersalah langsung dihukum. Dalam catatan sejarah kita ada yang dihukum mati karena melanggar sumpahnya," kata Amirul.

Baubau memiliki benteng yang telah ditetapkan oleh Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI) sebagai benteng terluas di dunia, serta alam yang menakjubkan.

"Di depan kota Baubau terdapat terumbu karang yang tidak kalah dengan di tempat-tempat lain dengan tingkat keindaan yang bervarasi," katanya.

Selain itu, tambah Amirul, terdapat pula hutan Labusano yang dihuni ular kobra serta baragam keanehan di dalamnya.

Tak perlu khawatir untuk berkunjung ke Baubau, karena terdapat banyak transportasi menuju kesana. Menurut Amirul, penerbangan ke Baubau dapat dilakukan lewat Makassar maupun Kendari. Dari Makassar tersedia 6 kali penerbangan, dan 11 kali penerbangan dari Kendari.

Jika ingin melewati jalur laut, dapat lewat Kendari disambung dengan kapal cepat selama 4 jam, dengan disajikan pemandangan menakjubkan berupa pegunungan dan hamparan laut. Obyek wisata Baubau cukup kaya, lautnya menyimpan keindahan biota yang menggugah untuk diselami.

"Ada beberapa spot menyelam terbaik di Baubau. Bila menyelam, ditemani ikan hiu dan barakuda. Serta ada pula gua yang hanya dapat dilihat dengan diselami, berkedalaman 30 meter, didalamnya terdapat keramik yang tersusun rapi, bernama Gua Moko," ungkap Amirul.

"Uniknya, di tengah kota Baubau, kapal besar Pelni dapat menyandar, bukan di pelabuhan di pinggir pantai," tambah Asfarinal, Direktur Eksekutif Jaringan Kota Pusaka Indonesia (JKPI).

Menurut Amirul, Di Baubau juga terdapat Kampung Bali, semua orang Bali dengan berpakaian adat Bali.

"Di Baubau juga terdapat Bali, namun di Bali tidak ada Baubau," tambah Amirul.
